Blister Pack Pill Popper

Designed to remove small pills from blister packs more easily. Especially for those with weak hands/fingers. Maximum pill size (round ones) is about 6mm. The larger one is for 7-10mm pills.

NOTE: with powdery tablets it is advisable to break the seal before pushing out the tablet to avoid damaging the tablet. the larger version has very small spikes around the edge to assist in breaking the seal on larger blister packs.

Best printed with Flexi PLA and Standard PLA - After first few layers in flexi, pause and put in standard PLA. See printing info below.

Or print the whole thing with Flexi PLA or even TPU as long as you use high infill - 60% or more.

The models above were printed in White Flexi PLA to 0.7mm, the printer was then paused, standard PLA filament was put in, and the print resumed to completion. (Assumes 0.3 first layer and 0.2mm layer height).
