A simple model to demonstrate the antigen-antibody response between the blood groups of the AB0 system.
Antibodies A from plasma of blood group B can lead to the cross-linking of erythrocytes from blood group A.
Antibodies B from plasma of blood group A can lead to cross-linking of erythrocytes from blood group B.
Blood group AB has no antibodies, but both antigens in the plasma.
Blood group 0 has both antibodies A + B, but has no antigens in the plasma.

The model can be used to recreate what happens in the antigen-antibody reaction if incompatible blood groups are mixed.
