This is my take on a blower fan design. I used a 775 motor on this and it's is super powerful.
You will need 6 M3 x 10 self tappers and a 775 motor.
The impeller is press fit on to the 5mm shaft of the 775 motor. So far it has not come off.
100% infill

No supports needed.
