This is a powerful blower fan that uses a 2820 35mm outside diameter Sunnysky Brushless motor.
Hardware you will need:
4 M3x12
8 M3x6
4 M3 Washers
8 M3 Nuts
No bearings required
Makes sure to put the nuts in the fan housing before installing anything else.
For assembly attach the blades to the motor first, then put the motor into the body and mount the motor mount to the motor then the body.
The impeller is mounted to the motor via a 6mm prop adaptor that comes with the motor.
I used a 3S 5000 mah lipo battery but any battery that works with the motor should work. For the ESC I used the 60 amp Sunnysky Eolo.
I've added a .pdf file of the dimensions for the motor mount in the Thing files sections so if you would like to design a different mount for a slightly smaller motor you can. Keep in mind I did not test with a smaller motor and there is no guarantee it will work.
I tested the current draw when at full throttle and it was drawing 22
