BLTouch and CRTouch Offset for Ender 3 v2

This is an offset mount for the BLTouch/CRTouch for the Ender 3v2.

X: -59.0
Y: -18.0

### Supports

No supports needed for the regular version but they are needed for the X Stop version

The x stop version is designed to be compatible with this [SpeedDrive v1 by sashalex007](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816051) mod without having to use it's endstop.
