BLTouch e3d groove mount

I made this thing because it turns out Smoothieware doesn't have support to offset the x/y position of a probe, in relation to your hotend. That limitation requires you to swap out your extruder for your probe whenever you want to calibrate. Annoying, but what can ya do?

This thing uses brass threaded inserts so the bltouch can be attached, if you want through-hole, feel free to remix.
