Bltouch E3d Volcano adapter spacer

If you are changing to a volcano heat block, you may have just realized that your BL touch no longer reaches the bed. This is a simple adapter to space your BLtouch when changing from a standard E3d V6 hot end to an E3d Volcano. Simple drop in and get back to printing.
