BLTouch mount for the Rev E MakerGear M2

Drop-in replacement for the Rev E model MakerGear M2 with a BLTouch sensor added on. I used Simplify3D with supports turned on with the side that mounts to the stepper on the build plate.

The picture shows one of my older versions where I still had to shim to the correct position, but the model uploaded should have the correct spacing. I printed this in Gray eSun PETG and is working really well.
