******* UPDATE: 10/10/2019:
I've found that this design causes significant restricted airflow to the Titan Aero heatsink, and that leads to the extruder clicking and losing traction on the filament due to heat creep. My temp fix has to been to mount a 40x20mm fan instead of the stock 40x10, and remove the probe and mount from the printer once I've mapped out my mesh. Your results may vary, and I'll have to design a different mount to overcome this problem.

A remix that is slightly thicker around the mounting holes, and is designed so that the end of the retracted (up) probe is in line with the heater block floor.
I've used the following offsets successfully:
Y offset: 41
X offset: -9
Z offset initially 0, and adjust according to your bed.
