Bluey 2D with background

Note: I have been informed that this is actually Bingo that I have mistaken for Bluey. I apologize.

This is similar to other Bluey designs, but adds a background. This allows you to use the background at one height, add a pause, then print the outline in a different color. It should then be easy to fill in the separated sections with acrylic paint or such.

Two separate .stls let you choose the height of the background and the height of the outlines separately. OrcaSlicer let me import both, scale their heights, center both on the plate (for correct overlap), and assemble them into one object.
