BLV bed leveling knob

Don't like working with small bed adjustment knobs so I hacked a larger one with an extended neck that would accommodate Ben's bed mounting brackets.

The nyloc nut is drawn up near the top of the knob so you don't need a crazy long M3 screw to make it work. (see transparent photo)

The nyloc nut hole tolerance is very tight and I plan to publish a couple variations with differnt hole sizes to accomodate different printer calibrations. Note that any kind of "elephant foot" will have to be trimmed from the hole before you install the nut.
