BMG Mount for CR10/Ender 3

After printing the Bytespider model, I saw that the stepper motor could not dissipate heat as it was not in contact with a metal surface. So I increased the length to be able to add a heatsink. You can also combine it with a stepper damper to reduce some noise. Requires 4 M3 nuts.
