BMG Wind HEVO Mount

I couldn't find a direct mount for the BMG Wind on the HEVO that also supported the BL touch with a cooling system I liked so I drew one up. I've only test fitted so far so this is a work in process. I'll update once I've tried it out but I've had some requests for the files so uploading it early.

Uses a 5015 fan. The design is based off the new M175 tool head from Lulzbot.
