BMOW IIc Switcher case

Update 11/04/2025 - after a request from a friend, I'd gone back and cleaned up/tweaked this design

Here is a case for the BMOW IIc Driver switcher.
BUT! You find two lid files. This is because for some unknown reason, my Ender 3 at home and my CR10 at work seem to print it ever so slightly different.
So try the "tight fit" one first, if its not 100% right, try the "loose fit" one.
