I designed and printed this adapter to mate a M54B25 throttle body to my pre-facelift E46 before my M54B30 stuff came in.
This worked great for the week I ran with it, only issue is I made it with heat inserts and so you can't really torque it down tight.
I printed in PETG and used blue rtv to stick it to the intake manifold. SInce then I added a channel for an o-ring, but I have not tested it.
I found an o-ring which "should" work great, 80mm od, 72mm id, and 4mm thickness. https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Rings-Nitrile-Rubber-Diameter/dp/B07GXDRY6B/
I design everything in OpenSCAD. I only have supplied one throttle body adapter plate which is what I used and know that works. But in the OpenSCAD you can change base_bolt_pattern_[x|y] to your intake manifold bolt pattern. And then target_bolt_pattern_[x|y] to the throttle body you are using.
I think the other throttle bodies are equal in bolt distance, but for some reason on my M54B25 there was one bolt that was off a little. B
