This design is INCOMPLETE. The boatcar is to be powered by a balloon whose opening stretches to approximately 17 mm in diameter. The force of air exiting the balloon creates thrust, giving the boatcar velocity both on land and in the water. For full terrestrial functionality, we suggest printing wheels. The axles are 6 mm in diameter and are meant to be fixed, allowing the wheel to spin freely. The diameter of the wheel must be at least 25 mm.
