I recommend .1mm (as fine as you can get) to reduce ridge marks along the top of the head. You'll need supports, for the nose if nothing else, and whenever I use supports I like to also use a raft.

The pupils in the eyes are separate polygons based on the source data I used, but I don't think they will stand out at all in the print, which can make this look kind of creepy. You'll want to paint this one if you print it.
