This tool is designed for removing a "clip" (fastener) attaching a 2020 Ford Escape plastic fender trim piece to the body. The human shape wasn't intentional, but since it looks that way: while being pushed into the square hole visible on the face of the clip, the printed man's legs squeeze together the little tabs hidden in the clip, then his hands lock onto the sides of the clip. As the man is pulled out by the head, he pulls the clip out too.

This is the second iteration of a tool created in FreeCAD V1.0.2 which adds the arms and head. It's a very simple model with one Sketch that is extruded out to the necessary height. Recreating variations of it in the software tool of your choice should be easy once you've measured the clip dimensions.
