I created this system for converting the deathgrip to a ballhead so that I can use a sling. I printed this with ASA on the smooth plate with glue, PETG would work as well. You will need a 3/8x16 (2 1/2in) Bolt for the adapter and (2) M4x12 screws and (2) M4 nuts for the Leg Clamp.
