Bolt Sorting Sieve Screen - M6

Info on the Bolt Sorting Sieve, and links to other screens, can be found HEREA 'screen' for m6 button head and socket head fasteners my little bolt sorter. Each screen prints in about an hour on my settings, with no supports, brims, etc. needed. I printed mine from PETG with 0.48 layers on a 0.6 nozzle. I probably would have gone with PLA if I had any handy. I think the stiffness of PLA (and a bit better dimensional accuracy, at least with my machine/settings) would probably be good for longevity with the bolts beating against the interior. But, that being said, I'd shaken a good number of fasteners in my other PETG screens, and they are still holding up pretty well thus far!Category: Tools
