Bondtech BMG extruder mount for C-Bot

This is a remixed version of Carl Feniak's 'direct drive' gantry for C-Bot/D-Bot printers, allowing for the mounting of the Bondtech BMG extruder. The main changes were the removal of the built-in direct drive system on top, the extension of the bottom heatbreak bracket, and the extension of the very top holes to stick over the new extruder. Plus, an alternate version!
Pro's:
* You get to use a Bondtech BMG extruder on your C/D-bot!
* If you go with the 'frontPlateAlt', you'll get 50mm of z-height back!
Con's:
* You'll loose about 14mm on Y, based on how much more this sticks out.
Two versions are available
* *frontPlate* : This has the extruder mounted to the top, and the heatbreak (I'm using a E3D-v6 Volcano) mounted to the bottom, with a bowden tube in-between. This was most similar to my original setup.
* *frontPlateAlt* : This is designed to have the heatbreak mounted directly to the extruder itself. Based on how much the Bondtech sticks out from the gantry, I di
