I decided after a family member and I both had issues with the Switch on the QC35 from Bose, it was time to fix it. My family member was lucky enough to get a swap, but mine was far out of warranty. Honestly, I thought this would require some soldering, as it seemed that the switch had snapped clean off inside. I was pleasantly surprised that only the tiny plastic switch ‘cover’ had broken apart. If your electrical switch also broke, I believe the part number for that is: JS207011SCQNRI have hopes to redesign the ear cover plate and include a switch/cover that is side mounted to avoid this issue again. But that is pretty low on my list for new.Hope this saves someone from tossing a great set of old headphones.
