Bottle cyclone

This cyclone will collect 65% of material going through the vacuum hose and all large particles. It's very convenient to use on CNCs and in other hobby machinery where the household vacuum is used and the setup is stationary allowing to extend the built-in vacuum filter life, capacity and simplify cleaning.

Hose adapter outside diameter 32mm, inner 28mm.

Bottle diameter 78mm, friction fit. I used 1L Schweppes reusable bottle with relatively thick walls. Feel free to scale the model up or down to fit your bottle.

If the vacuum hoses sit too lose, wrap some tape around the pipes to increase the outside diameter until the fit is tight.
