Bottle/Jar Opened with Packaging Cutter

Someone posted on Twitter that they were having difficulty finding a way to open jars and bottles with plastic packaging on them. They couldn't find a tool that would be appropriate for their needs. This is a result of our discussion, I'll make adjustments to the file as I get further feedback.

I'm new so please be kind! This has not been printer as yet.
