Bottle Opener v1.1

This is the second version of my [bottle opener](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3654152).
The primary change is, that the crown cap is levered up by a 1 €-cent coin. Furthermore, this version is also rounded in Z-direction.

As with the previous version, this model should be rendered on a [locally installed OpenSCAD](https://www.openscad.org/downloads.html). It will take a while....
...and if you still want to use **Customizer**, you should remember to switch `Include Text` to True so that the text appears in the STL (I had to set the default value to False so that the Customizer doesn't immediately run into an error because of the high computing time).
