Bottle Stand (Riddling Rack)

Getting into homebrewing, I wanted to make a sparkling beverage. Part of the typical process for champagne-like drinks includes riddling, where the bottle is suspended neck-down to encourage the lees to settle out of the drink to allow efficient disgorgement. There are many bottle stands available, but they tend to lack the steeper inclination seen in traditional riddling. I made this model to provide a robust solution for small batch riddling at home.

May have to scale to 2540% due to modeling in inches.
