Bottle washer


Description:

Washer for six bottles.
Works (and is tested) with 0,33L and 0,5L bottles. Should work (not tested) with 0,75L bottles.

There are two versions of "bottle support": V2 is for swingtop bottles - there are cutouts to clear the wire clamps, holding the cap. Works with regular bottles as well.
Bottle support is the largest detail, needs 239x219mm printing area.


Parts needed:

* 1/2" male-female threaded 90-degree pipe elbow (brass)
* 1/2" male to 19mm ID hose fitting
* 19mm ID flexible hose
* 2pcs of suitable diameter hose clamps (stainless steel recommended!)
* 12 or 24 VDC bilge pump
* 12 or 24 VDC power supply ( *see notes below!* )
* PTFE tape or similar to seal the pipe threads

Printing
I used PETG with 15% infill, 3 layers in perimeter/top/bottom.
For base, you might want to use support on the area where the pipe elbow goes.
