This tool helps remove the ring that keeps the variable cup in place on a bicycle bottom bracket. It is a tight fit (on purpose) and does not require post processing. I made this from PLA and was able to remove a ring that had been in place since 1986. While this is not as nice as a professional metal tool, it beats using a screwdriver and hammer and allows for more precise torque when tightening. As with any tool, use proper safety precautions.
