Bowden Clamp for M10

Added a version with a larger gap for clamping. But so far the original is adequate. Monitoring

Clips added for insert, trimmed to fit inside clamp hex. Easily removed using clippers on the opposite side to the open end of the horseshoe shape

Reworked from j0achims great clamp for standard M6 Creality Ender 3 insert.
Now fits the M10 Supplied Extruder Insert Winsin Dual Gear (Black Cap)

Scale to 101% and print upright hex facing up. Support only between the arms. Block support
where the m4 bolts go above and below. Clear support after

3mf cura project supplied.

May need to work at the hole for PTFE tube, i used nail scissors.

First screw in the insert to the extruder.
Push the tube into the clamp (use a flat head scew driver to widen the gap). A bit fiddly.
Pull the tube through and into extruder insert.
Slide clamp onto insert with the hex fit.
Use m4 bolts and nuts to tighten
