Created a version 2 that has better support since I noticed some wobble when pulling the PFTE tubing out of the HotEnd.

Adapted the mount to work with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:448686

SKP source file provided for custom adaptation.
Uses M5 16mm screws to install to carriage plate.
