Bowden Fan

Fans Bowden V1, Anet A8, modified to ventilate the extruder and provide flow to the layer fan, eliminates vibrations derived from the fans since they are no longer clamped in the extrusion zone. We also have the advantage of preserving the direct extrusion in order to be able to print materials that can not be easily printed in a bowden system like filaflex.

Touching the tip of the nozzle with the fans on without the printer doing anything else we realize the vibrations that these fans produce. I have verified that this system does not produce vibrations derived from the fans.

Additional material required: M3 screws of various sizes, and 2 screws and several M4 threads of 50 mm. Silicone tube of 15 mm diameter on the outside of the tube and 12 mm on the inside, I have used aquarium tube, 2 blow fan 50x50x15mm 12V.
