Bowden type extruders are great, but one drawback is in the use of the push fit clamps for the PTFE tube.
If there is any slop in the tube to fitting part you will have endless problems with stringing etc because you are loosing retract movement and building in free play.

My design is simple to print, but the part was created in tinkercad so is quite basic in design and requires some clean up caused by overhangs dropping, I feel adding supports would just give you something else to remove.

The 3 parts are not an equal division ( my bad ) but work well. The lip at one end keeps the clamp collar in the out position while the body of the clamp also grips the PTFE stopping the in and out slip that causes the loss of retraction.

Please let me know if you find any problems other than those above and give me a like if it works for you. Happy printing.
