This is a "Bone" shaped thing that keeps the bowden tubes kinda together on things like my Dual Extruder mount here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2734717
It's 20mm center to center with 3.9mm holes so it slides snug over the tubes and just keeps them from going nuts. I might be the only person ever to need this but here it is!
