I rework on my box for computer's disc bay to adapt it to a PC where I need to keep my 5¼ disc bays for ventilation. So I need to use its pair of 3½ disc bays to place the box.
I made path to insert M3 nuts such that they fall in place automatically. Don't turn it upside down after inserting the nuts and before you fix it into your computer's case. The screw's places nearest to the door are part of the norm but doesn't seem to be present on PC's case. I suggest you don't insert nuts into them.
Versions:

As for the 1×5¼ version:
---------
- I made a shorter, a standard (the one I print : long enough to store 5¼ disc bay covers) and a long version but no L-shaped as I do not have the need of this version.
- I made a flat version of the door that should not be used as is (no way to open after closing) to ease the conception of derivative.
Needed hardware:

To fix it into PC case:
--------
- M3 nuts: 2 to 12ex.
- M3 screw: 2 to 12ex. I use
