Cut those white connectors and glue the board with some heat-resistant silicone or something.

Connectors were used with a diameter of 11.5 mm you can ajust in the design if you want to use different ones.

Hope holes for trim-pots are placed correctly since I drilled mine and added to the design later on.
I added sources if I screwed some measures.
