**Box for housing LM2596 DC-DC Buck Converter Step Down Adjustable Power Supply Module.**
Featuring:
- **Cooling:** Grills allow passive cooling. The file named "Box for LM2596 with hole for heatsink" has a square hole for a 15x15 mm. heatsink. Use thermal paste or a thermal pad.
- **Easy mounting and assembling:** The box can be mounted on any flat surface. For toolless mounting apply double adhesive tape on the lid and the box can be clicked onto the lid. If you prefer using screws you can drill two holes in the lid (or modify STL file) for screw mounting instead. The LM2596 module is secured inside the box by friction on two tabs that fit inside the screw holes on the PCB of the module. The switch is set in place with friction too.
