This jig allows the machining of box joints on a router table. It is primarily designed for the Triton 2000 router table, but I've added additional slides that should work in a track. It has been used for a couple of sample joints, but not used enough for a full evaluation. The base plate is made in 4 sections and uses 3mm countersink screws to keep each in place, which works surprisingly well. It is recommended to turn the auxiliary fan off for the first 4 layers and reduce the fan to 40% for the rest of the printing to reduce the chance of warping when printing the base plates. PLA works fine for most parts, but PETG is recommended for track guides and locating plugs, which need to flex a little to lock into place. You will also need to file an indentation into the heads of the 6mm countersunk bolts with a round file so they don't rotate when the knobs are tightened.
