Box with lid for SD to IDE44 adapter

Based on a simple box with lid, modified to contain a SD to IDE44 adapter card (used a lot on retro computers like Amiga). Inside the box there's a little rised base that supports the card holder leveled, and in the lid there's another rised part that runs very close to the chips, in order to avoid the card to be on the loose inside the box.
