I couldn't find something similar, so I decided to design my own bracelet holder for my wife.
I was printing without brims, using 3DLAC. Both rods in vertical position. To avoid stringing as much as possible I printed one part at a time. The holder itself has 220 mm length and it fits Ender 3 V2 without problems (220x220x250 printable area).
