Brake Bias knob

I made this brake bias knob for my custom button box. It will fit on a D-shaft EC11 encoder like the PEC11H. I designed the face of the dial to fit as an insert into the knob, so you can fit any 40mm x 2mm disc (minus tolerance) that you desire. Printing the insert face down on a smooth plate can produce a nice effect. I set the tolerance to fit moderately tight on a PEC11H encoder, but you may wish to scale up or down ~1% or so to achieve your desired fit.
