Here's a model of a popular brake caliper. The 3D printed part is useful as a mock-up on your car or a decoration. I modeled this from the physical part, so dimensionally, it is very accurate and can be used to fabricate mating components (caliper mounting brackets). Let me know if it is useful to you or if you need a similar model (different mounting hole spacing, rotor thickness). This was a dynapro single caliper for a non-ventilated rotor. The un-named manufacturer has a great website with dimensioned drawings, but does not provide 3D models, so I made my own. Enjoy.
