Available sizes Large – 1:35 of the actual size | Normal, Hollow & Pre-supported versions Description Bramatherium perimense was a large, prehistoric giraffid that lived during the Miocene in the Indian subcontinent. Unlike modern giraffes, it had a shorter neck and a more robust, heavyset body, resembling the okapi but on a much larger scale. Its most distinctive features were the four ossicones—horn-like bony structures—on its head, which may have been used for display or combat. Fossil evidence suggests it thrived in woodland and savanna environments, feeding on leaves, twigs, and possibly fruits. As part of the diverse giraffid lineage, Bramatherium highlights the evolutionary experimentation within the group before the rise of today’s giraffe. Additional Details Chitubox file provided if you want to resize the model. Care should be taken when removing supports. Using a heat gun or a blow dryer is highly recommended.
