Brass Birmingham - Insert risers

I like the [Brass Birimingham insert](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3071291) a lot - I only prefer the token levels to be more uniform, so I created little risers you can put into the slots to raise all the tokens to the same level without having to print a completely new insert.
