Brass Induction Annealing Machine

Overview:

This is a compact Brass case Induction Annelear Machine in a 3D printed housing with COTS materials. See the Induction Design pptx for general location and install design. This system is a Box that mounts a timing switch, induction annealed coil, and a push button. This system will then energize for a calibrated period of time (calibrated by using the Tempac) to heat up a brass case neck before you drop it free of the system to manually insert another case and repeat the process.

Coolant:
A water recirculating pump, pumps water through the brass induction coil to increase longevity of the coil. Use Distilled water

Modular and modifications:
1. The system is designed to be modular to allow for different components to be swapped out when needed. See component images for sourcing options.
2. IPT's are attached if modifications are required.
