Breathe Lio Diffuser

This is an improvement on the original Breathe Lio Diffuser. This version has a lid that prevents the core from falling out of the diffuser.
A hole of 4.5 mm still needs to be drilled in the center of the lid and through the diffuser itself. If anyone feels compelled to adjust my design so that drilling is no longer necessary afterwards, please do!
