BrewPiLess enclosure with encoder and duplex outlet

Enclosure for BrewPiLess - https://github.com/vitotai/BrewPiLess

Removed LCD screw bosses, used screw/nut standoffs to simplify printing.
Omitted ESP32 mounting screws bosses (hot glued custom perf board in place)
Reworked for simple US duplex plug and changed temp sensor to 3.5mm plug.
Added an encoder hole to the front of the enclosure.
Remixed to use currently available relay board and power supply.
