Inspired by the NBD beeBrain and in reaction to mounts that were flush against the FC causing the untimely death to some of my precious babies, I made this.
The briBrain.
Cus I'm brighFive. Get it?
Anyway, they're not the lightest (in the high 0.6 to 0.7g range) but with 0702 motors and clean building you can still get a 65 under 17g so it's fine. I fly them on 75 as well and they're ROBUST.
Designed for the Pinch but takes the c03 without a fuss.
I recommend printing the manual support version to save material (snips off easy) but auto generating supports works just fine too.
I've mainly flown the 40d and it's held up great, no dead FCs! I'm hoping you can test out other angles and let me know how they hold up or if you mod them in any interesting ways.
Enjoy, high five to you, and Peace and Long life.
