Suspended high above the void of a gutted street, this balcony once hosted officers, nobles, and smugglers who watched the city’s neon storms from a position of untouchable privilege. Now its supports are torn and uneven, the outer platforms sheared away by bombardment or sabotage, leaving jagged ledges where only the desperate dare to stand. Yet scavengers and sharpshooters still climb to its precarious heights, wagering their lives for a better angle on the war raging far below.
