Brondell Bidet handle

Rotary handle on Brondell bidets are prone to breaking, so I made some improvements to make it more robust. Added a handle for easier use. Open to suggestions for improvement.

Version 1.0 - Based on helpful comments, removed some material for better clearance of the seat. Also changed axes so it loads into slicer in correct orientation.
