This is my take on the bizarre shark headed giant centaurs from Broodmother Skyfortress. It's a module for the RPG Lamentations of the Flame Princess, although it also contains rules for Pathfinder 1E and D&D 3.X. It's a great book for an Old School Revival style dungeon crawl and these monsters are truly a terror.
